Dilute the tahini with water. Mix with sea salt, tamari and lemon juice to personal taste. Another option is to sauté a finely chopped onion and add the diluted tahini to it when the onion has become browned. Stir on a low flame to prevent scorching. Then add the sea salt, tamari and lemon juice. Continue on a very low flame until you see the tahini sauce become somewhat oily.
